Joan is a type of the virtuous woman, one who uses her God-given abilities in a variety of ways to minister to others.
She is a pastor's wife, an office manager, a talented interior designer and a recording artist. She also organizes and distributes clothes and toys for annual needy banquet and supplies clothing to premature babies at Foothills Hospitals.
She is a woman of prayer and faith, one who listens to the need and then intercede for the situations, first seeking the Lord on how to pray, following the Lord's leading never giving up until the answer comes. She demonstrates this during the 2005 Mexican Hurricane. She would not accept that the house they were staying would suffer damage, leading the household through the night in prayer, speaking faith filled words. Through her faith and prayers the people were able to witness the power of God. Joan knew her God!
She is a woman of Character - she takes on projects and sees them to completion with excellence. she demonstrates she is a woman of influence who has mentored many women in Jubilee Christian Centre, and who in the past has organized many conferences bringing in many well known women leaders. She also facilitates the annual Thrive teleconference.
She is a woman of change willing to listen to suggestions in order to find a better way of achieving the ministry goal and also personal pursuits.
She is a woman of strength who over the years has been a pillar of support to her husband, family and the ministry through disappointments and challenges. Jubilee Christian Centre is moving forward and equipping others in their walk.
She is a woman of God demonstrating that the joy of the Lord is her strength. She demonstrates the fruits of the spirit and true servanthood to the body of Christ. She is approachable and will encourage you in every situation.
Joan is the ideal of a Total Woman!!!
