WHY THE AWARDS
Total Woman’s perspective on awards comes from the Bible that talks about giving honor to whom honor is due (Romans 13v7) because it encourages us to appreciate one another.
As an organization our vision is to appreciate women who use their gifts and talents to serve the body of Christ and our nation.
As a ministry we believe like Christ in appreciating what people do. We believe that it is a good thing to celebrate everyone and pay closer attention to those who do more and deserve recognition.
Recognizing and celebrating people for what they do is also about expressing one’s appreciation and encouragement for continued service because their labor of love is not in vain (1 Cor 15v58).
We believe God sees everyone's work, and allows us to spotlight specific ladies for others to see, so that by seeing they may give God praise for their lives. (Matt 5v16).
As a ministry we strongly believe it is good to honor others above ourselves (Romans 12v10).
The Bible also encourages us to give recognition to individuals who refresh our spirits and serve us well (1 Cor 16v18).
